I don't believe this is a ruby, rails, or rails-stripe-membership-sass issue. Have you been able to get any rails projects running on your machine? can you do:
rails new example
and then cd into that? Ruby should have nothing to do with perl to my knowledge...
Yeah it's pretty weird. I've never done any perl on this computer or ever. This is what I see when I do rails new example and cd into it:

it stopped happening, but I have no clue why.
When I do this:

I get:

Not sure what to make of it. Can someone give me advice?
