Select default role value #21

Can you add to the tutorial how to have the currently assigned role for the user to be selected when you click change role?

The newest release of the application contains the code to preselect the current role when displaying the 'change role' form. I've updated the tutorial as well. See 309b5a67eec6cba2d62cc9af3fe5edcbb8116fcc
