Ed/rollbar new relic #344

Add rollbar and newrelic_rpm recipes. Create a customink_core recipe adding some of the basic gems

@eduduc and @andrewkolas I've just taken a look at this (closed) pull request. Looks like you wanted to add New Relic and Rollbar options. What's the status of your request? Not sure why you closed it.
