Added token refreshing for unofficial mode #47

Hi! I don't know if it is still working as I saw this on the Discord server.

OpenAIAuth disabled

Could you please help me check this?

For now, there are still working proxies which I confirm to work, but authenticator is broken because OpenAI changed api for it. Lets wait until there would be a valid nodejs solution for token refreshing and reopen.
