Can't get message list #1723

Version 1.12.0

Hello. I see the IMAP folders but in every folder it shows the error "Can't get message list".

See the attached Console-error.

Can you help me?

Do you have some more informations? It's hard to guess this issue just by 500 status code.

Which infos could help? Attached you will find the phpinfo. phpinfo.pdf

Edit: I have the same error on different webservers and different IMAP accounts. Also differend browsers, I have tested.

any update with this please, i been using rainloop a while now and emails in inbox about 4300 of them and this started happening , i did try some settings in application.ini what others suggested but no joy still , where do anyone go from here ? thnx

okay found the bug , gone into the vhost mail files and found one mail causing the issue , when i moved out the folder seems inbox working okay , so sharing link for you guys to see what is so special about this 3 email file that causing this issue , i tried to put one of them into the folder but still giving the same error so this 3 is individually causing it , .. thnx a lot

Any updates about this issue? Experiencing the same in ine single account out of all the vmails in one vhost using dovecot 2.3
