Removed DRM and other differences between the editions

I removed all "Community Edition" or "Standard Edition" stuff and made "premium" features work without any kind of phoning home.

I also removed the RainLoop Software License completely. These changes are licensed under GNU AGPLv3, as specified in the LICENSE file.

I don't expect this to be merged, but let it be helpful for other users who look here.

I will be back the next update, if it ever gets released, using a different account.
