RainLoop version, browser, OS: 1.12.0 http://www.rainloop.net/docs/installation/

Expected behavior and actual behavior: After fillowing instructions server should be configured and working

Steps to reproduce the problem: Follow the instructions on teh website as they are written

Logs or screenshots:

Unless I'm missing something

Installation instructions that are on http://www.rainloop.net dont mention that the curl script creates all its file in . rather than /var/www/rainloop and they don't mention the fact that no attempt to configure apache2 is made.

I guess nginx and others are supported but I think it would be usefull to have instructions that get you from a bareboes linux to a working server.

I am happy to help with this if you think this would be useful or if its not done somewhere else already that just needs linking from the main website.

Perhpas includeing some example .conf files for nginx and apache would be useful, or creating them directly in the relevant /sites-available/ directories with enabling them?

You're probably mistaking RainLoop for a mail and/or web server. RainLoop is a client for connecting to a mail server, that is running on top of an already set up web server like apache.
