date/time location issue #2202

RainLoop version, browser, OS: 1.16.0 , chrome, windows 10 Expected behavior and actual behavior: Expected behavior: when set language as chinese, time should be "3月4日" (in chinese) actual behavior: time is "Mar. 4" (always in English) it is ok when set language as japanese Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. initally, user language is english
  2. set user language as japanese,
  3. check email arrived time in email list, the date format is in Japanese
  4. change user language as chinese-simple(zh_CN)
  5. check email arrived time in email list, the date format is in English, like "Jan 1" BTW. I tested date/time location was right for most language(english,german, franch,japanese). Logs or screenshots: aaa
