Cant Log Into Rainloop #2208

Hi I have a GoDaddy domain that I used with Rainloop If I am correct I had directed the domain to Builderall mailing boss and set up a Professional email. All was working good and I could either access the emails by logging into Rainloop or via my Outlook app. All of a sudden a few months ago it stopped working and i cant log in. i get the Äuthentication failed"message. I tried logging into the Admin panel but the page doesnt open.
The domain i have is richardjreid.com so i try to log into admin with http://product_installation_URL/?admin so i use http://richardjreid.com/?admin is this correct as it doesnt work? Im not so tech savy so a bit lost? Also am i correct to think i will have lost all emails ? maybe I am better just to start fresh? Thanks

Managed to Resolve this issue there was a tech issue from my hosting.
