Can't get list message #841

Hi, when i try to check mailbox for a domain, this error message appear : "Can't get message list".

in rainloop log there is this error : [11:12:37.072][8140a01d] IMAP[ERROR]: exception 'MailSo\Net\Exceptions\SocketReadException' with message 'MailSo-Net-Exceptions-SocketReadException (NetClient.php ~ 515)' in /usr/share/rainloop/rainloop/v/1.9.3.363/app/libraries/MailSo/Net/NetClient.php:515

Do you known this issue and how correct it ? thanks in advance. Regards

Sometimes I get this error in my corporate environment but I suspect it has to do with our network which sometimes gets very slow or hangs and it may cause a timeout in Rainloop. If I select another folder (or refresh the browser), the error eventually goes away. At home, I don't remember getting this error message.

Are you using Microsoft (outlook.com, live.com, etc) IMAP? I had the same problem, the Microsoft IMAP servers are too slow (propositally, perhaps), so Rainloop request ends in timeout.

This can be solved implementing a custom timeout on Rainloop, but the user experience in this case will be poor (IMHO).

I solved my problem migrating from Outlook.com to Zoho Mail.
