Allow "search body" to check beard/claws locations on Troll/Cheetaur #21

It's a problem multiple players have run into, and it's not obvious that they haven't done anything wrong aside from typing the wrong input.

Note that Trolls also have normal Silver drops, so either that needs to be appended to the beard drop, or the first Troll searched has no Silver

Renamed body locations to specify the thing that must be gotten. This might nudge players in the right direction.
