Do something about the rock throwing strat against the Kobold #58

Reduce damage to 0 if thrower has no Throwing skill? Have Kobold not 100% guaranteed to get stunned on teleport on each hit?

Not sure if I'm actually going to handle this in v1.2.1, but I'm considering it.
