(Server Communication) Implement User and Token API Route Functions

Describe the Feature / Enhancement

Although we don't have the specific API endpoints at the moment, we can anticipate addressing the following issues:

• login user: sends a request to the backend to authenticate a user based on their login credentials,
• fetch new token: retrieves a new authentication token from the backend
• fetch token: retrieve the current authentication token from the backend,
• fetch user data: retrieves user data from the backend based on the provided authentication token
