Update README with instructions for Windows #199

I see README indicates there is a Windows GUI, but not info on how to install it.

That's because there isn't much of an install procedure. You go to releases, download the latest egui-windows build, and you extract it, that's all there is to it.

Added some extra instructions on the README, I don't think it really needs anything else.
