Create searchbar, filter, and sort component #12

This component will appear on top of the clip grid, allowing the user to organize their clips and allow for different views. The component will have a search bar to search for the title of a clip and a filter button to filter by game, tags, and other criteria that will be decided in the future. The component will also have a sort button to sort by length, date, lexicographic, and etc.

There may also be a refresh button if we cannot find a way to refresh the folder when a new file is added to the folder.

EDIT: the filter button should "glow" or change colour when it is active
