I'm experiencing a similar error. My Sigil dump is shown below:

Error info: Cannot load file C:/../The Ezekiel Option - Rosenberg Joel.epub:
C:\b\s\Sigil-0.4.0-Code\src\Sigil\Importers\ImportOEBPS.cpp(352): Throw in
function class Qstring__thiscallImportOEBPS::GetNCXId(void)
Dynamic exception type: class
boost::exception_detail::clone_impl,structErrorParsingOpf>
std::exception::what: Unknown exception
[struct column_number*] = 18
[struct error_string*] = Namespace prefix 'opt' not declared
[struct line_number*] = 3

Sigil version: 0.4.3
Runtime Qt: 4.7.3
Compiled Qt: 4.7.3
Platform: Windows Sysinfo ID 48

I had to type this manually to capture since Windows would not copy the text to
the clipboard.

I've attached a copy of the file, but please don't circulate this file.

Thanks.

Regards,

Jim Savitz

Without the epub file from the original submitter, this can't be looked at.
