New buttons for notes #1125

Is it possible to add to button for formatting ebooks with notes?
A button for the html <hr /> feature and the second one for the 
<small><sup>(3)</sup></small> combination for the apex feature.

This would be covered by the superscript/subscript request.  Hyperlinking is a 
completely different issue and will be worked on eventually.

Just a clarification.
The tag <hr /> would be useful to insert a horizontal line to separate chapter 
from notes.
