Save in Sigil generates new content.opf, overriding edits. #1130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Edit OPF (remove "cover" indication in <guide>
2.Save project.
3."Cover" indication has returned in OPF.  I don't want it there!  The <guide> 
section should be optional and I want to override this. 

What version of the product are you using? 0.4.902
On what operating system?Windows 7 -64 bit

This now works, probably due to changes in how data is managed now.
