Highlighted Text in Code view Difficult/Impossible to see #1153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.HighlightinHighlighed Text In text in book view
2.Go to code view
3.Appropriate code highlighted
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the highlighting should be easier to see.  This is an access problem due 
to being colour deficient. I have problems seeing some shades of yellow against 
a white background.  Could the colour used for highlighting be made a darker 
shade of yellow or another colour used like blue or even 15% grey? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Selection highlighting color now configurable.
