Error at importing images or fonts #1156

In spanish languague. Last version. Windows XP. If I import a image or font to 
file "Error runtime C++" and close Sigil. For more details 
tereftalico@gmail.com.

I can not include more css or image files after installing the version of 
0.5.1. When I try to insert them, Windows (7 and x64) displays a message that 
the program Sigil needs to be finalized. I uninstalled and installed again 
version 0.5.1, but the problem continued. The problem stopped when I removed 
the version 0.5.1 and installed version 0.5.0.

The problem in 0.5.1 version appeared after i removed an image and tryed to add 
another. After this action was not possible to add anything else, even on a 
new/blank project.
