Version number in executable

I would appreciate version number added into Sigil executable.
It would enable SUMo - Software Updates Monitor to check new version of Sigil.

Well, it seems that I have to explain it in a detail.
You are absolutely right that version number is in the about dialog.
What I asked for, is to add version number also in the executable
(accesible in Windows by right-clicking, file attributes, version).
Why? Well, I use program SUMo - Software Updates Monitor
(http://www.kcsoftwares.com/index.php?sumo) for monitoring new
versions of software I am using.
This software works by checking the version of executable against
version number stored on central server.
If the executable does not contain information about version, it can
not be monitored by SUMo.
I think that it is important both for users to use the last version of
software and for developers, that the last version of their software
is used.
I understand that this is not the "feature" per se, but it would help
me (and others) to be aware of new versions of Sigil as soon as
possible.
I do not know how difficult is to implement the version number into
the executable, but I would really appreaciate it.

Changing the status back to new now that I understand what you're asking for. 
I'm also marking this as low priority. Sigil development takes place on OS X so 
while adding this for Windows is possibile it will take some time for me to 
research how to do so.
