Strikethrough deletes word #1162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Book View
2. Select word and press the 'strike-through' button
3. Go to Code View
4. The word/selection is gone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The word/selection in a span for strikethrough

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall and the problem seems to have 
disappeared. It seems that it indeed is a QT dll issue.
