Unable to rename pages when First letter is cap #1167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Name the page with the first letter capital: ie/ Cover.xhtml
2. Try to rename to cover.xhtml -- says cannot change name
3. I then rename to title.xhtml, and then I rename it again to cover.xhtml and 
it works.
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to just remove the cap letter to lowercase

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.0
Mac OS 10.6.8

You are using an old version Sigil. This has been fixed in the 0.5 betas and 
will be in the 0.5 final when it is released.
