Please remove the spyware/adware from the installer. Offer suggestions for 
other software within a readme file.

Are you Using Microsoft for AV?  They are the only ones that ban this one 
outright.  Though I thought it has been sorted ages ago.  

OpenCandy is used, But only for ONE single Advert on install.  This install is 
safe if downloaded from here.

This is planned for the 0.5 release. However, I do not plan on going through 
and repackaging all previous releases.

Closing as the 0.5 betas already don't include it.

Not sure where to get the betas as they are not listed in the downloads.

Yes they are, http://code.google.com/p/sigil/downloads/list . 0.4.905 is the 
current one. It even says beta as part of the summary+labels.
