04.905 on Ubuntu 11.10

1. Start Sigil
2. Add 2 blank documents
3. Open document 1, enter "1"
4. Open document 2, enter "2"
5. Open document 3, enter "3"
6. Leave all 3 documents open in tabs
7. Select the Document 1 tab
8. Right click on document 2 in the book browser and select Merge with Previous

The merge happens, but the tab for doc 1 has only "1" in it.
Switch to the tab for document 3
Switch back to the tab for document 1
-> the tab now correctly contains the merged text

The data should be updated without having to switch tabs.
