DLL registration problem #1187

Just downloaded Sigil-0.5.0-Windows-Setup.exe.
This is 5 hours after its release.
Did the install. That went fine.
But, it looks like a DLL wan't registered properly.

Attached is the error window generated.

You need to uninstall the previous version before installing.
