Win x64 Release Blocked by IE SmartScreen #1195

I'm running Windows 7 x64 w/ IE 9. When I try to download the Sigil 0.5.0 x64 
release it is blocked by Microsoft's SmartScreen filter. 

This wasn't an issue with 0.4.905.

This issue is an issue with SmartScreen not with Sigil.
