spelling control (dutch) cannot handle ij. #1197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a word with an ij
2. Add it to the user dictionary
3. Word is still indicated as wrong

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.5.0 final on Windows 7 64-bit.

The problem is probably because the ij is sometimes viewed as a character 
(http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/133/index.htm). If I change the 
ij by ij the problem is not there. However, it is not common to use ij, using 
ij is the default.

Solution found, thanks to Ghostyjack. Installing also the hyph_nl_NL.dic solved 
this issue too.
