Sigil 0.5 (PC 64-bit) crashes on start with error about Qtcore.dll #1202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Sigil 0.5 over previous version
2. Started from start menu shortcut
3. Message box provides following message:

Sigil.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point ??0QDataStream@@QEAA@PEAVQByteArray@@H@Z could not be 
located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll. 
---------------------------
OK   
---------------------------

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Sigil to start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.5 runing on Vista 64-bit
