Accessibility features #1206

There should be features in the application for:

1) Alternative text (alt) and longdesc descriptions for images
2) Upcoming EPUB3 accessibility features ( http://idpf.org/forum/topic-495 and 
http://idpf.org/epub/30/spec/epub30-overview.html#sec-accessibility )

Also the EPUB validator should provide warnings regarding accessibility issues.

Although marking as won't fix, its more that there isn't anything clearly to 
fix.

alt text can be entered in code view.

Sigil is currently an EPUB2 editor so EPUB3 features are not included.  At some 
point if Sigil supports EPUB3 then hopefully it will support as many features 
of the spec as it can.

The EPUB validator that Sigil uses is FlightCrew, not epubcheck so you need to 
contact epubcheck developers about their software.
