Change location of user-dictionary #1209

Add an option to change the location of the user-dictionary. I use Sigil on 3 
different computers and want to put the user-dictionary on a shared folder (or 
dropbox folder).

It would be really useful to keep a particular user dictionary with its 
associated project.  I've just reinstalled Sigil and can't find any previous 
user dictionary so I'm guessing either the location changed or it was 
automatically deleted.

The different computers issue is easily fixed with symlinking, but I still 
think being able to load a user dictionary from an arbitrary location could be 
a useful feature.
