Find/replace takes out big sections when replacing #1211

This has happened over two days, on three different test eBooks.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Book view: Find '%' (without the quotes)
2. Replace with ' per cent' (no quotes)
3. Check where the replacement occurred and find that about four paragraphs of
text were deleted with the '%' and so have to undo. Same happened yesterday
when I was trying to find ' 2 ' and replace with ' two ' and other F/R actions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the replacement to occur just on the found term, not delete four
paragraphs. I also tried this with a word ('tonnes' to 'tons') and it did the
same thing, so it's not just symbols that are at issue. I can't use F/R at all
as I lose so much text as a result.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* Sigil 0.5.0; Loaded Qt: 4.7.4; build time: 2012.01.21 00:37:26 UTC
* Vista 64-bit (and using the 64-bit version of Sigil)

Using F/R in the CSS worked correctly.

Issue 1188 might be related, at least the last part of replace next crashing
after replacing too much.

See issue #1219 for an explanation.
