Dictionary files do not include hypen files or GB files

1. The built-in dictionaries do not include the hypen dictionaries, e.g. 
hyph_en_US.dic.  This means the dictionaries are actually incomplete and will 
confuse a lot of users.  Current dictionaries are:
de_DE-frami.dic
en_US.dic
es_MX.dic
fr-moderne.dic
de_DE-frami.aff
en_US.aff
es_MX.aff
fr-moderne.aff

2. The GB files are also not included.  Obviously not every dictionary can be 
included, but when including the English language its usually expected that 
both US and GB versions of the language are included - this is why GB missing 
is more a bug than a feature request.  The file size is relatively small 
compared to the French dictionary, and would make some of us over here a bit 
happier that you don't still hold a grudge against us :)
