Re-opening a document already in a tab resets the cursor position back to the top #1216

If you open BookView and click somewhere in the document, then double click the 
file in the book browser the cursor is moved back to the top of the file.  It 
should stay where it was since the tab is already open, as it does when just 
switching tabs.  Same for Code View.
