Text randomly highlighted when joining paragraphs #1217

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Erase spaces between two portions of text marked as separate paragraphs,
bringing them to be one paragraph
2. Press spacebar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Random bits of text are highlighted as blue, as if I selected them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.0 on Kubuntu 11.10

Are you running /opt/sigil/sigil.sh to start Sigil? If not, try it.

No, I am not. I don't use the Linux package you guys release. I prefer having
it as a debian package (makes certain things less problematic on my systems),
so I compile and use checkinstall. If you don't use the precompiled package,
you don't get sigil.sh

If you are running from source make sure you have set your library path
correctly. See the Running from Source wiki. There are still some odd
highlight issues in find though in a separate issue.

Followed that when I compile. All was pointing in the right direction.
