Footnostes and Wrap document in a paragraph style #1221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create document in InDesign, normal text, few od footnotes, the first-level 
heading. During the export to EPUB is selected "Wrap document in a paragraph 
style"
2. Open EPUB in Sigil. Footnotes at end of each section, not the end of all 
sections... This is wrong, because notes are numbered continuously throughout 
the exported InDesign document. (see Sample2a.epub)
3. When the selection "Wrap document in a parakgrapf style" is off, all is O. 
K. (see Sample2b.epub)

4. BUT! When the file Sample2.epub divide the chapters manually in Sigil 
(insert Chapter Break), feedback footnotes will be destroyed (click on note 1 
(2) in the text and then index 1 (2) to return = does not work); see 
Sample2c.epub. This feature in version 4 Sigil always worked well. In version 5 
works only under certain circumstances, generally but not (in the Book of 
View). If, before entering Chapter Break switch to Code View and then 
immediately to View Book, links to notes are in order. When this procedure is 
not observed, there is usually a break ties in the notes. This I consider a 
very serious mistake, again preventing work with large documents with many 
interactive elements. Very please to return functionality from version 4 to 
version 5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sigil 5, InDesign CS5.5, Windows 7 64bit CZ

"Wrap document in a paragraph style" is at the level of H1 heading, of course.

This is THE MOST terrible thing in Sigil 0.5… :(
Pretty impossible to use, if you have a document with a lot of notes, you have 
to rewrite ALL the href="" links of your notes !

Auto rewriting links when splitting not supported.
