Switching from Code View to Split View and SplitCV to CV does not vertically center the cursor #1234

Enter CV
Scroll down a bit
Click in a line
Scroll the line offscreen
Enter Split View
->line is not centered so its not clear where you are

Enter Split View in the CV window
scroll down
click in a line
Enter Code View
->line is not centered so its not clear where you are

Patch attached to center line in these 2 cases - others related to BV proving 
trickier but still being worked on :)
