Replace All in Current file does not center cursor #1236

Open a book with a long file
Switch to Code View
open F&R, look in Current File
scroll down a bit
click
scroll down further so click is offscreen
enter something to replace
click replace all
cursor is at bottom of screen instead of centered 

Apply this trivial patch after issue 1234 as it requires the 
SetDelayCenteringRequired routine. 

Centering in Replace in all files isn't quite the same - probably will submit 
patch to put you at top of file for that instead of bottom.
