Issues when the zoom level differs while doing Chinese language Epub

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the Epub (including chinese and accent characters)
2. Set the zoom level to 100%
3. Now accent characters are not rendering on-screen correctly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Accent characters not rendering properly. In some zoom level rendering is 
perfect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP. Sigil 0.5.2

Please provide any additional information below. If your source file
(SGF/EPUB/HTML/etc) is required to fully understand the problem, please
attach it to this issue. Read the ReportingIssues wiki page before

This sounds like a Qt issue that can't be fixed.  When a new version of Sigil 
is released it will use a newer Qt version so hopefully this will then be fixed.
