PUBG play button not working in Tencent Emulator #244

The emulator is launching perfectly, but when I click on the play button, the PC doesn't respond !!! I installed the emulator two-three weeks ago and it was working fine but today suddenly the play button bug happened. Please Help! (Also the settings tab is not opening)
