The easiest way to determine if it is your hardware is to go into "settings.json" (which can be opened in the cache folder accessible via the tray icon) and change the "ShowOverlay" field to true. Save the file, restart Rainway and then screenshot the new overlay present on the screen.
You can also enable client stats by pressing ctrl+shift+b and this will tell you information about the network. Showing both here can help us diagnose.
The one thing in your logs that stands out to me is the attempt to scale to an odd aspect ratio (Unable to 1280x768(5:3) scaling), can you disable scaling and scale to either 720p or leave it at your monitors default 1080.
Extreme Lag on fine specs/Network/AMD Card
I'm running Rainway on an AMD RX550 (4GB DDR5) with a wired connection (40mbit down / 10 mbit up). Both the network and the card seem (to me) to be able to handle at least some decent (720p) streaming. Figuring serious lags (having a delay of nearly 10 seconds).
I already tried trouble shooting the common issues, trying different browsers, changing the stream quality to low an the framerate to 30 - without any success. Is the AMD Hardware causing that kind of streaming issues?
