This pull request fixes a number of bugs and improves the structure of the code substantially.

• Fixed an issue with process launching where the WardenProcess would never return because it was endlessly looping child processes
• Fixed issues with missed URI launches
• Fixed an issue where the WardenProcess would not return because a loop didn't realize it started
• Added configurable timeouts
• Improved hit detection and system reliability
• Fixed a WMI resource exhaustion issue that would cause processes to stop being updated
• Added default filters for system processes
• Refactored the API to use the new WardenStartInfo
• Fixed a bug that would cause duplicate competing processes to be added.
• Surface exceptions to the caller instead of swallowing
• Fixed a bug in the impersonator that would cause it to use the SYSTEM token
• Added logic to normalize paths so they don't break our regex.
• Improved the Regex speed greatly for locating paths.
