Filter rating cutoff is set to 4. Expected to show both Soul and Tenet movies. But only tenet is shown

We attempted to replicate the bug, but were unable to do so. Tenet, Soul and Toy Story 4 with rating of 4.0 and above were displayed just fine.

Reason for disagreement: I can still reproduce the bug on my end. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter the number 2 to select 2 Filter by rating
  2. For selecting the cut-off rating, enter the number 5
  3. Enter the number 2 to select 2 Filter by rating again
  4. For selecting the cut-off rating, now enter the number 4

Expected the Soul movie with rating 4.0 to be inside, but only Toy Story 4 is inside. Pasted the screenshot of my whole screen to show the truthfulness of my statement:
