A complete rewrite of the plugin for a more modular design.

TODO:

[ ] add all missing features
[ ] decide on SM version support (currently compiles for SM 1.11+, SM 10 support maybe possible)
[ ] test
[ ] write docs

Bug: OnRoundConcluded returning wrong values for multi-frag, verify this? Maybe could move to nt-wincond for this?
