The PR allows to import/schedule the 'ultra-80k-runnersworld.csv' plan. It implied to:

fix extra/missing EOL
set 'running' as default activity with the key was omitted (e.g. '8k jog' workout)
skip week without any week number (e.g. WEEK='', Monday='TMP')
skip workouts not previously created without any steps (e.g. 'Race day!')

@Raistlfiren if you accept this current PR, then the PR #13 could be closed, because it also contains the patch for 'sub repeaters'
