mashR analysis code for sQTLs #2

Hello,

I'm trying to re-trace your sQTL sharing analysis, but you've only posted the code for "after" the mashR run (i.e. 'Post mashR pipeline' file). Where can I access the actual code used for the sQTL mashR run that produced the files which were fed into the 'post mashR' pipeline? Thanks in advance!

Hi, We followed the GTEx pipeline for the analysis. I’ve updated the repo with instructions to run their pipeline with our data (see README file). https://github.com/RajLabMSSM/MiGA_public_release/tree/main/mashr_pages I hope it helps. Cheers.
