Call peaks from bigwig #1

Currently can only call peaks from bedGraph. Not sure if MACSr can take bigwig, but if not could export bigwig --> bedGraph with rtracklayer first.

Peak calling functionality has been moved over to PeakyFinders, and calling peaks from bigwig files has since been implemented by first converting them to bedgraph format.
