Can echolocatoR support co-localization analysis between GWAS-GWAS? #133

Hi! Thanks for the great approach! I have two GWAS summary datasets and I want to do co-localization analysis on these two GWAS datasets using significant SNPs. Can echolocatoR achieve this goal?

At the moment this isn't something that echolocatoR can do, but I will flag it as a feature request and keep you posted here.
