Install axel from conda-forge. #23

I added axel to conda-forge. This PR updates the conda environment to also install axel.

FYI I have to use download_method = "axel" to run the full pipeline vignette. When I use download_method = "direct", it fails.

That's amazing news, @jdblischak ! Thank you so much for doing that. Integrating these changes now. (apologies for the delayed response, for some reason I've not been getting any notifications on these things, should be fixed now)
