Code Of Conduct is not there in this repository which ensures a smooth collaboration and contribution along with the rules and regulation thus ensuring no conflicts or distress and a harmonious contribution. Please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'24. I have also made the file, so I can create a PR the moment u assign me this

Hi @Rajan-Barnwal I would like to work on this issue. code of conduct.md file is important for the contributors who visits this repo.so that they can follow through that. I would like to add that file for ensuring no conflicts for contributing. so please assign this task to me under the label gssoc24 and level1,2,or 3
